Key Responsibilities

✅ Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Maintain and analyze financial data for assigned departments/hospitals.
• Extract financial data from General Ledger (G/L) and other financial systems.
• Generate monthly reports, revenue projections, and financial reconciliations.

✅ Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist with annual operating and capital budget preparation.
• Analyze contracts, productivity bonuses, and compensation models.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for performance tracking.

✅ Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and accounting policies.
• Utilize cost accounting systems and financial tools for enhanced analysis.
• Support contract modeling and auditing tools to identify revenue opportunities.

✅ Collaboration & Communication:

• Work across departments, including Finance, Internal Audit, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Present financial insights and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide financial guidance for grants, contracts, and donor funding management.

Qualifications

🔹 Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
🔹 Experience: At least 1 year of financial, budget, or cost accounting experience (preferred).
