π Job Overview
The Mathematics Department at Cal Poly’s Bailey College of Science and Mathematics is seeking full-time lecturers for a two-year contract (September 2025 β May 2027). This is an excellent opportunity to teach undergraduate pre-calculus and calculus courses at one of Californiaβs leading institutions.

β Experienced in collegiate-level instruction in pre-calculus & calculus.

π Key Responsibilities
β Teach undergraduate courses in pre-calculus and calculus.
β Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for diverse student populations.
β Support student learning and academic development.
β Participate in department meetings and university activities.
π― Qualifications & Skills
β
Minimum Requirements:
π Masterβs degree in Mathematics (or closely related field such as Physical Science or Engineering) by September 11, 2025.
β
Preferred Qualifications:
π Doctorate degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.
π Experience teaching a variety of undergraduate math courses at the college level.

π΅ Salary Range (Based on Degree):
- Masterβs Degree: $66,084 – $71,508 annually.
- Doctorate Degree: $78,432 – $89,772 annually.
