📌 Job Overview

The Mathematics Department at Cal Poly’s Bailey College of Science and Mathematics is seeking full-time lecturers for a two-year contract (September 2025 – May 2027). This is an excellent opportunity to teach undergraduate pre-calculus and calculus courses at one of California’s leading institutions.

📖 Key Responsibilities

✔ Teach undergraduate courses in pre-calculus and calculus.
✔ Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for diverse student populations.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Minimum Requirements:
📜 Master’s degree in Mathematics (or closely related field such as Physical Science or Engineering) by September 11, 2025.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
🌟 Doctorate degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.
📚 Experience teaching a variety of undergraduate math courses at the college level.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Salary Range (Based on Degree):

Master’s Degree: $66,084 – $71,508 annually.
Doctorate Degree: $78,432 – $89,772 annually.
