🎯 Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time hospitalist NP to work a 7 on/7 off night shift schedule. This role involves rounding, consulting, and treating patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

📢 Key Responsibilities

🩺 Perform Patient Rounds & Consults – Manage inpatient care with a focus on critical cases.
💊 Medication Management & Treatment Plans – Diagnose and prescribe appropriate treatments.
📑 Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff.
📝 Medical Documentation – Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance.

🛠️ Required Qualifications

✅ Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of NP experience OR 5+ years as a critical care nurse.
  ✅ Licensure & Certifications:
• Active Iowa NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Nurse Practitioner specialty.
