Your Role & Responsibilities

✔ Provide Exceptional Service – Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly
✔ Oversee Check-in/Check-out – Ensure smooth front desk operations
✔ Address Guest Requests – Handle inquiries, reservations & concerns professionally
✔ Assist with Shuttle Services – Provide rides via shuttle/golf cart within the property
✔ Support Sales Team – Coordinate special requests & guest accommodations
✔ Stay Informed – Maintain knowledge of hotel services, events, and local attractions
✔ Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with housekeeping & management

Who You Are

✅ U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Permit Holder
✅ Customer-First Attitude – Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented
✅ Valid Driver’s License – Required for shuttle assistance
✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Availability for Weekends & Holidays
