πResponsibilities
βοΈ HR Consulting & Compliance Management
- Provide outsourced HR services to multiple clients across different industries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to align with best practices.
βοΈ Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and applicant tracking to interviews and background checks.
- Assist clients with onboarding strategies to enhance employee experience.
βοΈ Benefits Administration & Compensation Management
- Work closely with brokers to design competitive benefits plans.
- Handle the open enrollment process, employee inquiries, and benefits audits.
- Assist with compensation planning and benchmarking for clients.
βοΈ Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Serve as a trusted HR resource, advising clients on employee relations matters.
- Assist in performance management, including feedback sessions and improvement plans.
βοΈ HRIS & Payroll Support
- Manage HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred) and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate payroll updates and manual changes with payroll processors.
βοΈ Client Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- Address HR-related inquiries via the Advantage HR mailbox in a timely manner.

Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience.
β
1-3 years of HR experience, with knowledge in compliance, recruiting, and employee relations.
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β
Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel and data management tools.
β
Previous experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (ADP preferred).
β
Functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.
β
HRCI / SHRM certification is a plus but not required.
π‘ Ideal backgrounds: HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Payroll Coordinator.
