📋Responsibilities

✔️ HR Consulting & Compliance Management

Provide outsourced HR services to multiple clients across different industries.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to align with best practices.

✔️ Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and applicant tracking to interviews and background checks.
Assist clients with onboarding strategies to enhance employee experience.

✔️ Benefits Administration & Compensation Management

Work closely with brokers to design competitive benefits plans.
Handle the open enrollment process, employee inquiries, and benefits audits.
Assist with compensation planning and benchmarking for clients.

✔️ Employee Relations & Performance Management

Serve as a trusted HR resource, advising clients on employee relations matters.
Assist in performance management, including feedback sessions and improvement plans.

✔️ HRIS & Payroll Support

Manage HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred) and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate payroll updates and manual changes with payroll processors.

✔️ Client Relationship Management

Build strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
Address HR-related inquiries via the Advantage HR mailbox in a timely manner.

🎯

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience.
✅ 1-3 years of HR experience, with knowledge in compliance, recruiting, and employee relations.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel and data management tools.
✅ Previous experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (ADP preferred).
✅ Functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.
✅ HRCI / SHRM certification is a plus but not required.
