🎯 IT HRIS Internship Overview

Join Jabil’s Information Technology Department as an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Intern and gain hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP and Workday), dashboard development, data management, and API integrations.

You will work closely with our HR technology team, providing technical support, maintaining HRIS documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and contributing to data visualization projects.

✔ Internship Duration: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025
✔ Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 System Support:

• Assist in troubleshooting basic HRIS system issues, including login errors and data discrepancies.
• Support ERP application maintenance for SAP and Workday.
• Provide basic HRIS training to employees and end-users.

🔹 Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Develop standardized HR reports using SQL databases and HRIS data.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like JavaScript and Python.

🔹 Project Assistance:

• Support the implementation of new HR technology tools and software updates.
• Assist in data migration projects and dashboard maintenance.
• Work with APIs to integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✅ Currently enrolled at an accredited university/college as a Senior, Graduate Student, or recent Graduate.
✅ Majors: IT, Business Analytics, or Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.
✅ GPA Requirement: 3.0+.
✅ Must be available to work full-time on-site in St. Petersburg, FL from May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025.

💡 Preferred Technical Skills

✔ Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
✔ Familiarity with APIs, Web Services, and SOAP/REST calls.
✔ Experience with SQL databases for report generation.
✔ Understanding of JSON, XML, and XSLT for data transformation.
✔ Debugging and troubleshooting skills for system analysis.
