About the Role:
Our Industrial Power Systems Division is hiring a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join the team in Seguin, TX. In this key role, you will support a production workforce of about 1,200 employees, assisting leadership with staffing, employee relations, training, development, and engagement initiatives.
This onsite position plays a critical role in shaping employee experiences and supporting the overall HR operational strategy.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, offering guidance and recommendations to leadership.

Administer and continuously improve human resource programs across staffing, training, compliance, and engagement.

Handle employee leave processes and ensure training programs are compliant and effective.

Plan and lead facility-wide employee engagement events and activities.

Conduct organizational assessments and recommend initiatives to boost effectiveness.

Support leadership development through coaching and structured training programs.

Manage operational HR tasks to ensure seamless daily business operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.

Expertise in business process improvement and service excellence.

Familiarity with HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.

Ability to work onsite at the Seguin, TX facility.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
