About the Role:

Our Industrial Power Systems Division is hiring a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join the team in Seguin, TX. In this key role, you will support a production workforce of about 1,200 employees, assisting leadership with staffing, employee relations, training, development, and engagement initiatives.

This onsite position plays a critical role in shaping employee experiences and supporting the overall HR operational strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, offering guidance and recommendations to leadership.

• Administer and continuously improve human resource programs across staffing, training, compliance, and engagement.

• Handle employee leave processes and ensure training programs are compliant and effective.

• Plan and lead facility-wide employee engagement events and activities.

• Conduct organizational assessments and recommend initiatives to boost effectiveness.

• Support leadership development through coaching and structured training programs.

• Manage operational HR tasks to ensure seamless daily business operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

• Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.

• Expertise in business process improvement and service excellence.

• Familiarity with HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.

• Ability to work onsite at the Seguin, TX facility.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
