About the Role:

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to lead and oversee all key areas of human resources management at our Sacramento, CA location. This leadership role involves supporting employee relations, compliance, safety, payroll, benefits administration, and driving recruitment and retention efforts.

You’ll play a critical part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring legal and policy compliance across all HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee turnover and recruitment processes.

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee training.

  • Drive positive employee relations initiatives and partner engagement.

  • Maintain compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.

  • Champion a culture of safety; train employees on company safety policies and monitor compliance.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business needs.


Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred).

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience with safety programs, recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits administration.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience.


Compensation:

💲 Estimated base salary range: $74,360.00 – $91,045.93/year
Note: Compensation depends on skills, experience, and business needs.
