👤 About the Role

The Human Resources Manager is a vital member of the U.S. People Experience team, reporting to the Senior Director of People Experience. Based in Los Angeles, this position plays a critical role in driving employee engagement, managing HR operations, and supporting business goals with strategic HR practices.

This hands-on role requires someone who can balance tactical HR work with long-term strategic initiatives, all while building strong partnerships across the business.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business goals

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador for the LA office, driving engagement and recognition programs

  • Manage employee relations, resolving concerns and maintaining a positive work environment

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety protocols

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews

  • Handle leave administration (FMLA, parental, STD, LTD, sabbatical, etc.)

  • Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics and reporting

  • Support benefits administration and respond to policy-related inquiries

  • Assist with workers’ comp incident investigations and insurance reporting

  • Lead and support ad hoc HR projects as assigned


✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR or business-related field preferred

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within professional services

  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Project and time management experience; strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

  • Light travel may be required
