About the Role
We are seeking an Identity Operations Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to Snapchatters worldwide, ensuring their security resolving account-related issues, implementing and maintaining quality standards across operations to ensure product and service consistency and utilizing data to identify trends and insights, inform decision-making, and measure operational performance.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Respond to Snapchatter inquiries and resolve account issues.
✔️ Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving new issues, trends, and potential bugs.
✔️ Utilize customer service tools efficiently and suggest workflow improvements.
✔️ Work closely with Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering teams to provide timely insights.
Requirements:
✔️ 1+ years of experience in a support-focused role.
✔️ Experience using Looker, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, or other ticket management systems.
✔️ Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Passion for providing high-quality customer support.
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Proficiency in advanced Excel, Looker, or other analytics software.
✔️ Fluent in English.
