Key Responsibilities ✅

✔️ Design and implement production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
✔️ Conduct time and motion studies to identify improvement opportunities.
✔️ Develop and implement quality control measures to meet customer specifications.
✔️ Work towards optimizing efficiency and safety across production systems.
✔️ Analyze production data to detect trends and areas for improvement.
✔️ Implement cost reduction strategies for enhanced operational performance.
✔️ Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop process improvements.
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
✔️ Prepare reports and presentations on production metrics and process improvements.
✔️ Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills for both in-person and remote collaboration.

Required Qualifications 🎓

🎓 Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
💡 Experience with lean production systems and process optimization.
📊 Proficiency in time studies, analytical tools, and workload balancing.
🛠️ Familiarity with Kaizen, TPM, DMAIC problem-solving, and other lean manufacturing tools.
🇺🇸 U.S. Citizenship Required.
💻 Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project and MS Visio.
