Key Responsibilities β
βοΈ Design and implement production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
βοΈ Conduct time and motion studies to identify improvement opportunities.
βοΈ Develop and implement quality control measures to meet customer specifications.
βοΈ Work towards optimizing efficiency and safety across production systems.
βοΈ Analyze production data to detect trends and areas for improvement.
βοΈ Implement cost reduction strategies for enhanced operational performance.
βοΈ Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop process improvements.
βοΈ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
βοΈ Prepare reports and presentations on production metrics and process improvements.
βοΈ Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills for both in-person and remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications π
π Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelorβs degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
π‘ Experience with lean production systems and process optimization.
π Proficiency in time studies, analytical tools, and workload balancing.
π οΈ Familiarity with Kaizen, TPM, DMAIC problem-solving, and other lean manufacturing tools.
πΊπΈ U.S. Citizenship Required.
π» Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project and MS Visio.
