πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or help desk tickets

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices using diagnostic techniques and effective questioning

  • Remotely troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions

  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems

  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support personnel

  • Setup, distribute, track, and disable mobile devices

  • Order and distribute IT hardware and software

  • Maintain follow-up with users to ensure issue resolution and collect feedback

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Information Technology support or equivalent education and experience

  • License: Valid state driver’s license required

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 Business, Active Directory, and backup methodologies

    • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related tech

    • Strong customer service attitude and professional communication skills

    • Acute attention to detail and confidentiality standards
