Our client in the education sector is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their New Haven, CT office. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage the full desktop computing environment for assigned departments.

Create and manage organizational units in Active Directory; analyze and implement Group Policy needs.

Maintain computer software through proactive site visits and ensure all applications are current.

Track and maintain hardware/peripheral inventory; coordinate replacement and vendor purchases.

Install and troubleshoot a wide range of computing devices and peripherals.

Provide responsive technical support for systems including email, scheduling, and backup tools.

Train users on desktop equipment and software tools to increase efficiency.

Collaborate with other teams for seamless network and software integration.

Analyze and implement departmental computing solutions.

Mentor and train junior support technicians.

Complete and document technical projects, including software/hardware testing.
🧠 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows, Networking, Active Directory, and Mobile Device Management.

Advanced proficiency in Windows OS, Mac OS, and Office 365.

Experience with both Apple and PC hardware, including iOS device support.

Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
