We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Solon, OH (44139). In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical support, managing system configurations, and resolving IT-related issues. You will also work with databases, support business applications, and assist users with authentication and access management. This position offers a short-term contract opportunity with competitive compensation and a chance to work with cutting-edge technology solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for smooth IT operations.
✅ Provide technical support for authentication, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) troubleshooting.
✅ Set up and manage user accounts, configure access permissions, and enforce security policies.
✅ Install and configure time clock systems for accurate employee attendance tracking.
✅ Maintain and optimize SQL databases and Microsoft Access databases for data integrity.
✅ Develop automation scripts and assist with basic programming tasks to improve efficiency.
✅ Support SAP Business One (SAP B1), including troubleshooting, system updates, and user assistance.
✅ Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
✅ Work with cloud-based authentication solutions to enhance security and identity management.
✅ Collaborate with the IT team to implement best security practices and system enhancements.

📜 Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
📱 Expertise in Android Development and Cisco Technologies.
💻 Experience with Citrix Technologies for virtualization & remote access.
🍏 Proficiency in Mac Computers and troubleshooting Apple devices.
🖥️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Active Directory & Microsoft Access.
🔧 Familiarity with computer hardware troubleshooting and configuration management.
🚀 Hands-on experience with deployments, software installations, and system configurations.
💾 SQL expertise is required for database management & troubleshooting.
📊 Experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus for business application support.
