Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage and support legal, compliance, and regulatory transformation projects within its Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit.

This role is ideal for a consultant with project management experience in legal, compliance, privacy, or regulatory settings, ready to tackle high-impact projects for leading clients across industries.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage legal/compliance-focused transformation initiatives (AML, KYC, GDPR, CCPA, Legal Ops, etc.)

• 🧠 Conduct risk assessments and support operational resilience, surveillance, conduct risk, and third-party reviews

• 📊 Lead project documentation, planning, status reporting, and delivery tracking

• 🤝 Coordinate with client legal, compliance, and technology teams to align goals and requirements

• 📝 Prepare client proposals and support business development

• 📚 Maintain and contribute to project knowledgebases and internal best practices

🎯 Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required)

• 📁 1+ years project management experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains

• ⚖️ Knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), or operational risk

• 🏗️ Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project lifecycle

• 💼 Certifications preferred: PMP, CAPM, Agile, ACAMS, CFE, CRCM, CIA, etc.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary: $122,000 – $127,000/year + discretionary bonus
