Responsibilities

✔ Research legal sources, including statutes, case law, and codes.
✔ Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
✔ Organize and maintain corporate records and legal files.
✔ Prepare reports on legal matters impacting the company.
✔ Ensure compliance with laws and assist with compliance reporting.
✔ Support General Counsel with clerical tasks, document preparation, and meetings.
✔ Perform administrative functions such as calendaring, filing, and organizing.
