What You’ll Do

✔ Assist with legal document review and drafting, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
✔ Work alongside contracts, litigation, and risk management teams.
✔ Conduct legal research on case law, regulatory requirements, and risk policies.
✔ Analyze and manage potential risks while ensuring compliance with company policies.
✔ Track case progress, manage legal files, and report on legal developments.
✔ Support administrative functions such as organizing legal documents and managing calendars.

What You Bring to the Table

✅ Age Requirement: Must be 21+ at the time of the internship.
✅ Availability: Full time.
✅ Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited law, business, or related program.
✅ Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience: Basic legal knowledge; previous legal internship or administrative experience is a plus.
