🧭 Your Role as a Logistics Coordinator:
As a key player in our logistics team, you’ll coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to keep our supply chain running smoothly and sustainably.
📦 Key Responsibilities:

Arrange daily shipments and generate invoices

Coordinate delivery schedules and freight quotes with freight forwarders

Upload shipment tracking information to internal systems

Verify freight forwarder invoices and review shipping charges
-
Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations

Retain and manage logistics-related documentation (e.g., COO applications)
-
Participate in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OSHA initiatives
-
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage, hazard reporting, and site cleanliness
-
Contribute to internal safety drills and proactive workplace practices
🎓 Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of logistics or shipping experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multinational environment

Experience with trade compliance and customs documentation
-
Familiarity with ISO (EMS & QMS) systems
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS is a plus
