Job Responsibilities

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing methods using knowledge of product design, materials, tooling, and quality control.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to improve production quality.
  • Optimize workflow, workspace layout, and workforce utilization.
  • Estimate production time, staffing needs, and costs for management decisions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine product designs for better production.
  • Oversee new product introduction from design to full-scale manufacturing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing process issues.
  • Monitor KPIs to track and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Cost estimation:Β Calculate production, labor, and material costs.
  • Research:Β Design and conduct research programs.
  • Problem solving:Β Use knowledge and experience to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Communication:Β Answer questions and field requests, and write reports

Qualifications & Skills

βœ”οΈ Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering. βœ”οΈ Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering. βœ”οΈ Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Optimization. βœ”οΈ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. βœ”οΈ Experience with CAD/CAM software & ERP systems. βœ”οΈ Excellent communication and project management skills. βœ”οΈ Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus!
