The Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll craft and deploy targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement and enhance customer experiences. Selecting, implementing, and managing marketing technology tools like CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders, including key insights and recommendations based on data analysis .You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and deploy marketing & transactional communications (emails, push notifications, in-app messages, texts, etc.)
✅ Utilize HTML & CSS for campaign execution
✅ Measure and optimize campaign performance with the Analytics team
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
✅ Implement automated marketing solutions to enhance efficiency
✅ Continuously improve MarTech stack & internal processes

You Bring:

✔ 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations
✔ Proficiency in HTML & CSS
✔ Experience with Braze or similar CRM tools
✔ Working knowledge of Figma
✔ Familiarity with Branch & Segment (preferred)
✔ A problem-solving mindset and ability to execute with precision
✔ Strong prioritization & project management skills
✔ A keen eye for design & messaging excellence

Compensation & Benefits

💵 Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 per year
