✨ Key Responsibilities

✔ Patient Welcome & Check-In – Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
✔ Appointment Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule patient visits, ensuring a smooth workflow.
✔ Insurance & Medical Records – Verify insurance details, update medical history, and gather patient visit reasons.
✔ Call & Voicemail Management – Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and oversee messages.
✔ Patient Preparation – Assist in preparing patients for their eye exams and guide them through procedures.
✔ Optometrist Assistance – Support the Optometrist during examinations as needed.
✔ Contact Lens Care Education – Provide guidance on proper contact lens handling and care.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

📌 High School Diploma or GED required.
📌 6+ months experience in an Optometry, Ophthalmology, or Medical Office setting.
📌 Friendly & Outgoing Personality – Ability to connect with diverse patients.
📌 Organized & Detail-Oriented – Efficient and resourceful in handling tasks.
📌 Proficiency in Computer Operations – Comfortable with data entry, record keeping, and basic word processing.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary Range: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience).
