✨ Key Responsibilities

✔ Greet & Assist Patients – Welcome patients and visitors, answer questions, and direct them appropriately.
✔ Appointment Scheduling – Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently.
✔ Insurance & Billing – Verify patient insurance, collect co-pays, and process charges.
✔ Front Desk & Call Management – Handle incoming and outgoing calls, maintain logs, and take messages.
✔ Administrative Support – Organize mail, book meeting rooms, and assist with office tasks.
✔ Maintain Security & Records – Issue visitor passes, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with policies.

🎯 Required Qualifications

📌 Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
📌 Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
📌 Passion for working in a patient-focused healthcare setting.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

📌 High School Diploma or GED required.
📌 Experience in a medical office setting, particularly front desk operations.
📌 Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (EMR system) is a plus.
📌 Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
