Are you an expert in NetApp ONTAP solutions with hands-on experience in storage optimization, advanced configurations, and troubleshooting? Do you enjoy working in a consulting environment, helping clients implement, configure, and maintain ONTAP solutions?

TSP is looking for an experienced NetApp Consultant with a strong technical background and expertise in ONTAP environments, cloud integration, and performance tuning. This role is remote, but candidates based in Tennessee are preferred. If you have deep knowledge of storage networking, automation tools, and hybrid cloud environments, we want to hear from you!

🛠 RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetApp ONTAP, guiding clients through design, configuration, and optimization.
✅ Troubleshoot complex ONTAP issues, provide performance tuning, and ensure system stability.
✅ Collaborate with clients on architecture planning, solution design, and best practices for ONTAP environments.
✅ Support deployment, upgrades, and migrations of ONTAP solutions in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
✅ Work alongside engineers, system administrators, and IT professionals to integrate ONTAP within enterprise infrastructures.
✅ Develop and deliver technical documentation and training for both internal teams and clients.
✅ Stay updated on the latest ONTAP features, storage technologies, and industry trends.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Extensive hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP (7-mode and Clustered Data ONTAP) in both on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
✔ Expertise in advanced ONTAP configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
✔ Strong knowledge of storage networking protocols such as FC, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.
✔ Ability to analyze complex storage issues and provide high-level solutions.
✔ Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to present technical concepts clearly.
✔ Experience working in consulting environments or customer-driven technical roles.
✔ Relevant NetApp certifications such as NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or ONTAP Specialist (preferred).

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or other automation frameworks for ONTAP management.
⭐ Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
⭐ Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role.
