The Opportunity – NetSuite Associate Consultant

Sikich is hiring a NetSuite Associate Consultant to join our Boston, MA (02108) office. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting, finance, or business background who want to apply their expertise in a consulting and ERP implementation setting.

As a NetSuite Associate Consultant, you will work closely with senior team leaders, functional consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional NetSuite implementations and support. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, solve complex business challenges, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

✅ NetSuite Implementation & Training: Work under the guidance of senior consultants to learn and apply Sikich’s NetSuite implementation methodology.
✅ ERP Data Migration & Configuration: Assist in data conversion, system configuration, and implementation tasks for new clients.
✅ Shadow End-to-End Implementations: Gain hands-on experience by observing and supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
✅ Client Support & Engagement: Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consultation to clients.
✅ NetSuite Certification & Training: Complete all technical and consulting training to obtain and maintain NetSuite certifications.
✅ Collaborate with Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT professionals to ensure smooth client transitions.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for ambitious, analytical, and client-focused individuals who are excited about working in ERP consulting, finance, and accounting.

Minimum Qualifications:

📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred focus in Business, Accounting, or Finance).
📌 Work Experience: 1+ years of accounting experience (audit, financial reporting, or similar).
📌 ERP & Business Applications Knowledge: Familiarity with business applications or previous implementation experience is a plus.
📌 CPA Certification (Preferred): A CPA is not required but is an added advantage.
📌 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, business processes, and ERP systems.
📌 Client-Focused Mindset: Strong ability to understand and align with client business objectives.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

🔹 Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
🔹 Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
🔹 Financial & ERP System Experience – Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP platforms is a plus.
🔹 Strong Collaboration & Teamwork Skills – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
