Key Responsibilities
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overnight guest services, financial auditing, and security monitoring to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
β Guest Services: Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries professionally.
β Night Audit Process: Accurately prepare and complete the Night Audit, ensuring all daily transactions are balanced and recorded correctly.
β Security Checks: Conduct routine security walks throughout the property to ensure guest and hotel safety.
β Daily Reporting: Generate and submit essential reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management insights.
β Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and management to maintain smooth hotel operations and uphold high service standards.
π‘ This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
What Weβre Looking For
π Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is beneficial.
π Experience: 1 year of hotel, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
π» Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows-based applications, spreadsheets, and word processing. Experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
