Job Responsibilities: Nursing Aide

✔ Assist Residents with Daily Activities

  • Provide support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure resident safety.

✔ Monitor & Report Health Changes

  • Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental health to nursing staff.

  • Help implement individualized care plans.

✔ Maintain a Safe & Clean Environment

  • Change linens, organize rooms, and assist with maintaining hygiene standards.

  • Follow proper infection control procedures.

✔ Provide Emotional Support & Engagement

  • Offer compassionate companionship to residents.

  • Assist in recreational activities and social interactions.

✔ Assist with Nutrition & Hydration Needs

  • Help residents with meals, hydration, and dietary requirements.

  • Ensure nutritional needs are met based on individual care plans.

✔ Accurate Documentation & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain detailed records of daily care activities.

  • Work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to provide quality care.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Must have an Active CNA License in the State of Florida.
✔ Compassionate & Dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.
✔ Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills to coordinate care effectively.
✔ Previous Experience in Long-Term Care or Assisted Living (Preferred, Not Required).
