Cabela’s, a leader in outdoor recreation retail, is looking for a Part-Time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to join our Cheektowaga, NY team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, engaging customers in the Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Membership Program, and ensuring seamless account servicing.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide expert knowledge on membership benefits while assisting with CLUB operations. If you are passionate about customer service, sales, and outdoor retail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

🚀 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
✔️ Promote & enroll customers into the Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Membership Program.
✔️ Execute CLUB operational processes and maintain compliance with company policies.
✔️ Assist customers with CLUB account servicing, including payment processing & account inquiries.
✔️ Demonstrate products, stay updated on sales, and help meet store metric goals.
✔️ Keep CLUB booth organized and maintain accurate inventory records.
✔️ Provide coaching and support to peers as a CLUB program advocate.
✔️ Assist in various store departments based on business needs.

🎓 Required Qualifications

🔹 Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
🔹 Experience: 0-2 years in a customer service or retail environment.
🔹 Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
🔹 Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
🔹 Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

💪 Physical Requirements

🔸 Standing & walking throughout the shift to assist customers.
🔸 Ability to hear & communicate effectively.
🔸 Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
🔸 Lifting & moving objects up to 20 pounds.
🔸 Occasionally climbing ladders, stairs, or step stools.
🔸 Comfortable working in noisy environments.
