📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and seating arrangements.
✔ Monitor computerized passenger boarding systems to ensure efficient operations.
✔ Support customers with special needs, including arranging wheelchair assistance and handling unaccompanied minors.
✔ Modify flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
✔ Operate the Jetway for aircraft boarding and disembarkation.
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service, working as part of a dynamic team to meet corporate objectives.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

✅ High school diploma or GED required
✅ Minimum age: 18 years old
✅ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record required
✅ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and assist passengers with disabilities
✅ Excellent communication & multitasking skills
✅ Ability to work flexible schedules – weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts
✅ Basic computer knowledge preferred
✅ Previous airline or customer service experience a plus
