🔧 Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of Lowe’s—welcoming customers, answering questions, and helping them find the perfect solutions for their home projects.
Your duties may include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service

• Assisting with product selection and locating items

• Restocking shelves and maintaining merchandise

• Tinting paint, cutting wood or blinds, threading pipe, and more based on department needs

• Processing orders and assisting in checkout

• Cross-training in various store departments

✅ Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (6+ months experience)

• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and retail systems

• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs (or more with assistance)

• Strong communication and arithmetic skills

Preferred:

• 6+ months of retail or customer service experience

• Bilingual skills

• Trade-related certifications (plumbing, paint, electrical, etc.)
