🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Patrol internal and external premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations in a calm, professional manner.

• Control building entrances, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.

• Interact frequently with employees and guests, providing customer-oriented support.

• Accurately document daily activities, including suspicious events and safety concerns.

• Monitor surroundings for hazardous or unsafe conditions and report promptly.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods.

• Basic technology and computer literacy.

• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.

• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.

• Willingness to undergo background check procedures.

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement.

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
