• Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions

• Assist in resolving network connectivity issues

• Document technical issues and resolutions to build the team knowledge base

• Perform regular maintenance and system updates for security and optimization

💼 Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a related role

• Strong proficiency with PC hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and Dell equipment

• Experience with Active Directory user management
