🎯 Role Overview: PEO Human Resources Advisor

As a PEO HR Advisor at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in delivering HR consulting services to our PEO (Professional Employer Organization), ASO (Administrative Services Offering), and US EOR (Employer of Record) customers. You will act as a trusted HR expert, guiding clients through complex employee management scenarios while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role, offering collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to enhance Rippling’s compliance offerings.


πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

  • πŸ›  HR Consulting & Advisory: Provide timely, expert advice on leave management, performance management, terminations, anti-harassment policies, and HR compliance issues.
  • πŸ“š Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • 🀝 Employee Claims Management: Assist clients with unemployment benefits, state leave benefits, disability benefits, workers’ compensation, and employee grievances.
  • πŸš€ Process Optimization: Establish and refine processes to enhance the efficiency and professionalism of our HR consulting services.
  • πŸ€– Product Collaboration: Work with the Product and Engineering teams to develop a technology-driven HR services platform that reduces administrative burdens.
  • πŸ“ˆ Project Management: Implement HR programs and processes, collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Account Management teams to meet client commitments.
  • πŸ’‘ Problem Solving: Have the courage to challenge the status quo, proactively identifying and fixing issues.
  • 🎀 Training & Support: Educate internal teams on PEO compliance issues and contribute to the development of HR compliance initiatives.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • πŸŽ“ Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing HR consulting services.
  • πŸ“œ Strong knowledge of HR compliance rules and regulations, including federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
  • πŸ“‘ Proven experience in managing employee claims, including unemployment, disability, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
  • πŸ’¬ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts clearly to clients.
  • πŸ“Š Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • πŸ’» Experience with Salesforce for managing HR cases and processes.
  • πŸ’‘ Passion for technology and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • βœ… PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • 🏒 Experience providing HR services to PEO customers is highly desirable.

πŸ’΅ Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role varies by location:

  • US Tier 1: $76,800 – $134,400 per year
  • US Tier 2: $69,120 – $120,960 per year
  • US Tier 3: $65,280 – $114,240 per year
