About the Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations at our Milltown, NJ facility. This role will lead teams in corrugated packaging production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Production Leadership:

• Supervise employees in the daily production of corrugated packaging.
• Train, assign, and direct team members to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

✔ Employee Development & Team Building:

• Lead and motivate employees through coaching and performance management.
• Evaluate, reward, and discipline employees as needed.

✔ Operational Excellence:

• Communicate effectively across all levels – crew members, plant management, and vendors.
• Cover shifts and supervisory duties as needed.

Requirements

🔹 Education & Experience:
✔ High School diploma or GED required.
✔ 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
✔ Prior experience in corrugated packaging manufacturing is a plus.

🔹 Key Competencies:
✔ Strong leadership & organizational skills.
✔ Ability to manage teams and drive performance.
✔ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

🔹 Work Schedule:
✔ 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:50 PM).
✔ Must be flexible to cover other shifts as needed.
