🔎 Role Overview: Production Supervisor – Leadership & Continuous Improvement

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising production operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives while developing and mentoring a high-performing team.

📋 Key Responsibilities for Production Supervisor role:

✅ Leadership & Team Management

Directly supervise hourly employees and provide leadership across shifts as needed.
Create and manage work schedules, oversee timekeeping, and handle vacation/overtime coverage.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and engagement among team members.

✅ Production & Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficient, high-quality output.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects to drive operational success.
Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize production schedules and workflow.

✅ Safety & Compliance

Ensure a safe working environment by reinforcing a strong safety culture.
Monitor adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and manufacturing standards.
Ensure that products meet strict quality key checkpoints and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

✅ Communication & Collaboration

Serve as the key communicator between employees, fellow supervisors, and the leadership team.
Provide training and development opportunities to help employees grow.
Keep leadership informed of daily production activities, challenges, and solutions.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
📈 Work Experience:

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, military, or a related industrial environment.
1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field.
