Your Role & Responsibilities 🚀

As a Project Manager / Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and executing industrial projects. Your expertise in thermal processes, construction management, and project execution will be key in delivering successful projects.

✔️ Ensure Safety & Compliance

Follow OSHA guidelines, industry regulations, and NACS/customer site-specific safety standards.
Maintain strict compliance with ISO14001 & ISO9001 policies.

✔️ Project Coordination & Execution

Assign and manage project quotes, estimations, proposals, and job safety analyses (JSAs).
Develop project schedules and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and oversee procurement processes.
Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and address resource/schedule constraints.

✔️ Vendor & Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Conduct on-site evaluations and provide expertise in industrial thermal processes.
Support external and internal sales opportunities, identifying new business prospects.

✔️ Equipment & Material Management

Oversee equipment supply, rentals, deliveries, and timely returns.
Ensure all materials meet quality standards and project requirements.

✔️ Financial Oversight & Reporting

Review project budgets and costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Manage billing, invoicing, and financial tracking for projects.

🏆Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
✅ Strong understanding of industrial processes and construction methodologies.
✅ Ability to read engineering drawings and develop BOMs for accurate costing.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD software.
✅ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to delegate, manage, and execute projects.
✅ Experience in sales methodologies and client relationship management is a plus!
