💼 Responsibilities:

✔ Media Relations: Draft press releases, media pitches, and communication materials.
✔ Monitor and compile weekly media coverage reports.
✔ Support outreach efforts to journalists, partners, and stakeholders.
✔ Content Creation: Develop LinkedIn articles, blogs, and editorials aligned with Viega’s brand voice.
✔ Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
✔ Support internal communications with relevant company news.
✔ Event Support: Assist in planning PR initiatives for events, launches, and trade shows.
✔ Prepare media kits and manage event logistics.
✔ Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and best PR practices.
✔ Evaluate PR campaigns and suggest improvements.
✔ Administrative Support: Maintain thought leadership databases and project trackers.
✔ Provide support to the marketing team and brand managers.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✅ Preferred:

• Familiarity with social media platforms and media monitoring software (e.g., Cision).
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

💰 Compensation:

💲 $22 – $25 per hour (Colorado)
💡 Compensation is based on education, work experience, and geographic market factors.
