🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products. This role involves sampling, testing, and reporting defects to maintain strict compliance with quality control standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Incoming Raw Material & Component Inspection

Receive and inspect raw materials to ensure they comply with company quality standards.
Conduct visual and measurement inspections on sub-assemblies and finished products.

✅ Defect Identification & Reporting

Identify, document, and report non-conformances and quality deviations.
Maintain detailed inspection records to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

✅ Data Management & Compliance

Ensure data accuracy by following strict documentation and inventory control procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

✅ Collaboration with Production & Regulatory Compliance

Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures.
Follow ISO, GMP, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

✅ Laboratory & Office Work Balance

Spend significant time on the production floor and in laboratory settings conducting inspections.
Document inspection results, analyze data, and communicate findings in an office setting.

✅ Physical Requirements & Material Handling

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
Perform precise tasks such as handling samples and using testing equipment.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education & Experience:

High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
Prior experience in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Distribution is strongly desired.
Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations is preferred.

✔️ Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and data documentation systems.
✔️ Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

✔️ Excellent team collaboration and independent work skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
