About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector I to join our Inglewood, CA facility. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of quality inspection experience who are looking to build their careers in aerospace manufacturing quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Inspection & Compliance:

• Conduct quality inspections, validations, and verifications for aerospace products.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and contractual documents to ensure compliance.
• Work across receiving, assembly, machining, welding, and testing areas.

✔ Precision Measurement & Tools:

• Use micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, height gauges, and more.
• Perform GD&T-based hardware inspections (training available for entry-level).

✔ Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work with suppliers and customers on quality control requirements.
• Maintain inspection records & reports for compliance audits.

✔ Career Growth & Training:

• Get hands-on experience in military aerospace inspections.
• Opportunity for training & certification in Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

🔹 Minimum Requirements:
✔ 1+ years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
✔ Basic understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and quality specifications.
✔ High School Diploma/GED required.
✔ Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
✔ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic computer tasks.
✔ Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible as per ITAR).

🔹 Preferred Qualifications (A Plus!):
✔ Certifications in GD&T, ASQ, or Quality Inspection.
✔ Associate’s degree or coursework in Quality Assurance or Engineering.
