We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Clerk who can manage our front desk, coordinate key administrative tasks, and support accounting functions.

The Receptionist/Office Clerk serves as the face and voice of our Jackson office. You’ll manage incoming calls, greet guests, coordinate shipments, and assist with general office and finance tasks. This is a hands-on, multi-functional position ideal for someone who enjoys organizational tasks, fast-paced environments, and daily variety.


๐Ÿ“ Responsibilities for Office Clerk role

  • Answer and route all incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed

  • Greet and log all visitors, issue visitor badges, and notify staff accordingly

  • Coordinate UPS/FedEx shipments and handle incoming mail distribution

  • Call vendors for equipment repair and maintenance as required

  • Assist with employee events (e.g., ordering food for company parties)

  • Match packing slips to production invoices; enter data into SAP

  • Date-stamp, sort, and distribute invoices to Accounts Payable daily

  • Maintain inventory and place orders for office, coffee, and first-aid supplies (with approval)

  • Perform data entry and general office support duties

  • Comply with MIOSHA regulations and internal quality/environmental standards


โœ… Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or clerical role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and cheerful, welcoming attitude

  • Proven multitasking skills in a high-traffic office environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Additional secretarial or administrative training is a plus
