🎯 Qualifications & Skills

📌 Minimum Requirements:

✔️ 1+ year of experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales.
✔️ High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
✔️ Ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
✔️ Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends & some evenings.
✔️ Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam and FINRA Series 6/7 licenses required (must be obtained within 180 days of hire).

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ College degree or military equivalent preferred.
✔️ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✔️ Confidence in discussing banking products & financial solutions.
✔️ Experience working within regulatory banking requirements.
