💼 Key Responsibilities

✔ Customer Engagement & Financial Solutions

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, processing transactions, and account maintenance.
• Promote banking products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools for an enhanced banking experience.

✔ Sales & Relationship Building

• Engage customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and appointment setting.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and follow up with clients.
• Recognize consumer and small business lending opportunities and connect customers to appropriate teams.

✔ Operational & Compliance Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle risk management by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities.
• Assist with teller transactions and operational tasks as needed.

✔ Technology & Digital Support

• Help customers navigate digital banking solutions and troubleshoot common issues.
• Stay updated on emerging banking technologies to improve customer experiences.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

📚 Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in banking, retail, or financial services.

📊 Preferred Skills:
✅ Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Experience with outbound sales, customer engagement, and advisory services.
✅ Knowledge of banking products, lending solutions, and financial planning.
✅ Ability to identify compliance risks and follow regulations.
✅ Comfortable using CRM tools and digital banking platforms.

📜 Regulatory & Compliance Requirements:

• This position may require registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Hourly Pay Rate: $18.89 – $29.86 per hour
