🔹 About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) as part of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role provides financial solutions to customers, builds relationships, and enhances the banking experience.

If you’re not yet fully licensed, you’ll start as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE) and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion of required licensing and SAFE registration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with customers and understand their banking needs.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions, including checking, savings, credit, and lending products.
  • Connect customers with financial advisors and investment specialists.
  • Promote digital banking and self-service tools.

✔️ Sales & Service Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to offer Wells Fargo’s full range of financial services.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve service requests.
  • Open and service customer accounts.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

✔️ Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations, including the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act.
  • Adhere to Wells Fargo’s risk management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure secure handling of customer information.

🔹 Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in banking, retail, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in assessing customer needs and providing solutions.
  • 1+ year of experience building and maintaining customer relationships.

🔹 Desired Qualifications

✔️ FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them).
✔️ State Insurance licenses.
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
✔️ Experience in financial services & consumer lending.
✔️ Knowledge of digital banking & mobile banking options.

🔹 Job Expectations

🕒 Must be available to work most Saturdays.
📜 Must obtain required FINRA and state licenses within a specified timeframe.
📌 This role requires SAFE registration and background screening.
🛑 No Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
