π Key Job Responsibilities:
β Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding retirement savings and benefit plans.
β Provide accurate information and account support to participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators.
β Ensure compliance with plan documents, regulations, and HIPAA requirements while processing financial and non-financial transactions.
β Process claims, payments, and account updates in a timely and accurate manner.
β Assist in maintaining department service levels, quality goals, and business objectives.
β Offer engaging, solutions-focused customer support, anticipating client needs.
β Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive customer data in compliance with company policies.
β Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a commitment to professional growth.
β° Work Schedule & Training Details:
π’ Training (First 4-6 Weeks): 10:00 AM β 6:30 PM EST
π’ Available Shifts After Training (EST Time Zone):
πΉ 10:00 AM β 6:30 PM
πΉ 10:30 AM β 7:00 PM (Includes Shift Differential)
πΉ 11:30 AM β 8:00 PM (Includes Shift Differential)
π Qualifications & Requirements:
β
High school diploma or GED (higher education preferred).
β
1+ year of call center or customer service experience (preferred).
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database applications.
β
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and accuracy.
β
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
β
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
β
Reliable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher).
β
Dedicated distraction-free workspace for remote work.
β
Ability to hardwire internet connection directly to a router for call center roles.
