πŸ“Œ Key Job Responsibilities:

βœ” Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding retirement savings and benefit plans.
βœ” Provide accurate information and account support to participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators.
βœ” Ensure compliance with plan documents, regulations, and HIPAA requirements while processing financial and non-financial transactions.
βœ” Process claims, payments, and account updates in a timely and accurate manner.
βœ” Assist in maintaining department service levels, quality goals, and business objectives.
βœ” Offer engaging, solutions-focused customer support, anticipating client needs.
βœ” Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive customer data in compliance with company policies.
βœ” Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a commitment to professional growth.


⏰ Work Schedule & Training Details:

πŸ“’ Training (First 4-6 Weeks): 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
πŸ“’ Available Shifts After Training (EST Time Zone):

πŸ”Ή 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
πŸ”Ή 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Includes Shift Differential)
πŸ”Ή 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes Shift Differential)


πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements:

βœ… High school diploma or GED (higher education preferred).
βœ… 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (preferred).
βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database applications.
βœ… Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and accuracy.
βœ… Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
βœ… Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
βœ… Reliable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher).
βœ… Dedicated distraction-free workspace for remote work.
βœ… Ability to hardwire internet connection directly to a router for call center roles.
