Living Spaces is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Gilbert, Arizona (85295). If you’re energized by logistics, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail setting, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Perform daily walkthroughs of the customer pickup area to ensure readiness and resolve issues

• Assist and engage all guests in the warehouse and pickup zones

• Ship, receive, and transfer product inventory

• Move and assemble showroom furniture displays

• Support Sales and Visual Merchandising teams with inventory and layout needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics reports

• Follow all safety procedures and inventory guidelines

• Contribute to merchandising and store readiness tasks

• Work weekends and most holidays as needed

🎓 Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail or warehouse environment

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus

• Strong physical ability to move merchandise and maintain warehouse standards

💵 Compensation & Bonuses

Pay Range: $15.70 – $20.40 per hour
Includes eligibility for performance-based team bonuses tied to KPIs.
