📋 Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers and vendors, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Process and manage customer orders using proprietary company software

Ensure orders are correctly entered and shipped on schedule

Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues with confidence and accuracy

Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service

Maintain accurate order and sales documentation for internal records

Participate in internal process improvement and team collaboration efforts

Maintain a friendly, organized, and proactive work environment

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role preferred

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced office environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using customer service or order-entry software systems is a plus
