✅ Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Use the C.H.A.R.M. service model to assist customers & create an outstanding shopping experience 😊
✅ Support Retail Operations – Work across multiple store functions including customer service, product placement, and inventory 📦
✅ Promote Store Promotions & Loyalty Programs – Educate customers about discounts, sales, and special offers 🔥
✅ Keep the Store Looking Amazing – Ensure the sales floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing 🏬
✅ Process Sales Transactions Efficiently – Use the POS system for payments, returns, and exchanges 💳
✅ Follow Asset Protection Policies – Help prevent loss, manage inventory, and ensure store compliance 🔐
✅ Team Collaboration & Leadership – Work together with colleagues to achieve store sales goals 🎯
✅ Stay Updated on Product Knowledge – Be the go-to expert on Crocs footwear styles & features 👢

📌 Skills & Requirements

🔹 Must be at least 16 years old 🎂
🔹 Energetic, customer-focused personality – Retail experience is a plus! 🛍
🔹 Ability to work a flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 📆
🔹 Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment – Ready to assist customers on the go 🚀
🔹 Physical Requirements:

• Move, lift, and arrange products weighing 30+ lbs. as needed 🏋️
• Stand and move around the store for 8+ hours per shift 🏃
• Climb ladders and reach shelves to restock inventory 🏗
• Read and input information into registers & computer screens 💻
