🎯 Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer has a fun, comfortable shopping experience. Whether assisting with product selection, maintaining store standards, or managing the point-of-sale system, you’ll be a key player in meeting team goals and creating a welcoming environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. model

• Educate customers on product features, promotions, and events

• Support sales floor, stock room, and visual merchandising operations

• Operate POS system accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and pricing accuracy

• Support loyalty programs and seasonal markdowns

• Uphold Crocs’ asset protection policies and safety standards

• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive team culture

✅ Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours per shift

• Capable of lifting 30 lbs or more with assistance

• Comfortable with ladders, stocking, and basic computer use

• Strong communication skills and a desire to thrive in retail
