In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by proactively soliciting all business segments, developing small business accounts, and implementing local sales strategies. You will partner closely with hotel leadership and multi-property teams to optimize revenue, market share, and client satisfaction.

  • Drive revenue and meet property sales goals through active solicitation and business development.

  • Manage daily status reports, coordinate lead generation programs, and execute internal mining efforts.

  • Leverage tools such as CI/TY SFA Web, MRDW, and other Marriott sales systems.

  • Actively solicit and re-solicit local and non-deployed business accounts.

  • Build relationships through on-site visits, local community networking, and customer-facing sales activities.

  • Collaborate with U.S. Account Sales and Global Sales to align strategies.

  • Track sales performance, monitor local competitor intelligence, and provide strategic insights.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED plus 2 years in sales, marketing, or front desk/customer service.

  • OR an associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the hospitality market and transient/group business segments.
