🚀 Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing deals.

Territory Development: Strategically grow your assigned geographic territory by prospecting, networking, and presenting.

Client Relationships: Build consultative, long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, and new technologies to drive business growth.

Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activity and progress using CRM tools like HubSpot.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Franchise Consultants, Regional Directors, and Office Managers to ensure seamless client transitions.
📋 Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in B2B sales (preferred).

Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Strong skills in lead generation (cold calling, door knocking, networking).

Goal-driven with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Ability to develop strong relationships and effectively nurture prospects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license required.
