About the Position:
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team across Florida. In this role, you will drive new business by selling Paychexโs industry-leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to small businesses (50 employees or fewer) and expanding our client base. If you’re a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, customer relationships, and HR technology, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through calls, direct mail, seminars, networking events, and referrals.

Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their HR and business needs.

Present tailored Paychex HCM solutions to decision-makers using a consultative sales approach.

Prepare and deliver sales quotes and agreements using Salesforce CPQ tools.

Address client concerns, negotiate terms, and finalize sales contracts.

Upsell and cross-sell additional Paychex services to existing clients.

Maintain up-to-date client information and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.

Attend industry and partner events to build relationships and promote Paychex services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:

Associateโs degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
-
3+ years of B2B sales experience strongly preferred.

Industry background in Digital Media, HR Services, Financial Services, Health Insurance, IT, Hospitality, or Professional Services is a plus.

Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed quotas.

Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation:
๐ต Salary Range: $55,000 โ $145,000 (base salary + commissions)
๐ก Your total compensation will vary based on location, experience, education, and performance.
